At NILNORTH, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. For orders over $69, we offer free standard shipping to the United States and Europe. For orders under $69, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order applies.

All orders are carefully processed and shipped within our standard handling time. Once your order has been dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 12-16 business days to reach your doorstep. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services.

We also provide tracking information for every order, so you can easily monitor your package from our warehouse to your home. Our goal is to ensure your NILNORTH items arrive safely, securely, and in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, NILNORTH offers a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Exchanges for a different size or item will be shipped promptly once the original item is received.
